Check the item, then check the shipment
A satisfactory product photo and an eligible shipping route answer two different questions.
How to check QC photos
- Match the size label, colour, variant and quantity with your order.
- Look for visible damage and the details that made you choose the product.
- Ask for an extra view when a detail is hidden; ask for a measurement when fit depends on it.
- Raise a return or exchange question before international dispatch.
A useful request might be “Please measure the bag across its widest point with the tape visible.” Warehouse photos do not test long-term durability or authenticate a product.

Shipping: compare the parcel quote
Use the actual destination, accepted contents and packed dimensions. Check which weight is charged, what packing is included, how tracking works and what the claim terms require. Do not assume a route accepts a battery or liquid because it accepts ordinary clothing.
Fee breakdown and the cost worksheet
The worksheet below keeps the item payment, domestic delivery, service or payment charges, packing and international shipping together. Enter only amounts you have been given and keep unknown charges blank.
Separate the first buying payment from the later parcel payment. Add the seller price and domestic freight, agent and payment extras, international freight and possible destination charges in the same currency. Put packing or a separately quoted payment charge in the extras field, avoiding double-counting anything already included. A blank field means unknown, not free.
Currency and exchange rates
Compare the amount debited in your currency with the CNY credited to the order or account. Record any separately charged fee too. Use the same currency when adding costs so a cheaper-looking number is not simply a different unit.
Keep the evidence through delivery
Save the parcel and tracking numbers. Photograph damaged packaging or contents before discarding the packaging. For a missing item, list what was ordered and what arrived. Send the issue to order or parcel support promptly.
What is QC?
QC means the quality check at the warehouse after the seller sends the item. Photos help you compare the received goods with your order before international forwarding. A visible wrong colour, label or damaged part can prompt an extra photo, a correction request or a return discussion.
Ordinary photos do not establish authenticity, hidden function or long-term durability. If fit depends on a measurement, ask for the relevant tape view and confirm any charge. Give the agent a specific request while the item is still available for inspection.
