Prepare a parcel you are ready to receive

Only group items after you have decided what to keep and checked that the route accepts them.

Sort the warehouse items

Use three decisions: ready to ship, waiting for an answer, or being returned. An item with an unresolved size question belongs in the second group, even if the rest of the haul is ready.

If one seller is late, compare the extra cost of a second parcel with the cost and inconvenience of waiting. Check the current storage terms rather than choosing an arbitrary cut-off.

Keep protection where it matters

Ask about packing for fragile or easily crushed items. Removing a shoe box may reduce volume, but keeping it may matter to you. Make this choice after QC and before the packed quote, while the instructions can still be changed.

How to use the parcel checklist

Use the cost worksheet alongside this checklist. Enter the known item, domestic delivery, service and extras, international freight and destination-charge amounts in the labelled fields. Keep an unknown amount blank; it still needs checking and is not a free service.

The currency field uses CNY per one unit of your home currency. Use a rate that matches your payment, and check any separately charged fee. Complete the budget before deciding which checked items to submit as a parcel.

Use the checklist below after reviewing the official route and quote. It records your checks in this page; it does not place a shipping request or confirm agent acceptance.

0 of 5 checks complete. Keep the parcel open while the missing evidence is collected.

Once the parcel is submitted

Retain the parcel ID, payment receipt and selected route. Follow the tracking link from the official account. If packing, weight or the route changes, review the revised quote before paying any difference.
