How to use KameyMall
The whole process has two payment stages: submit the chosen item and pay for buying, then review warehouse QC before selecting and paying for international shipping. Resolve any return first. After dispatch, follow the parcel tracking and check the contents on receipt. The sections below explain what to keep and confirm at each step.
Open the seller listing from the catalogue. Check the size chart, colour, quantity and return terms. Copy the original URL into the agent’s buying service and compare the imported selection with the listing.
Before payment, resolve any missing option or special inspection request. Keep the order number and receipt. Read the agent checks if this is your first order.

These examples come from KameyMall’s illustrated guide. Follow the current account controls and terms if they differ.
Wait for warehouse receipt, then review
Follow the seller-to-warehouse leg in the order status. When photos are available, check the actual item against your selected variant. Request a missing measurement or raise a mismatch before accepting it for international dispatch.

Build and pay for the parcel
Choose accepted items, check whether they can share a route and confirm packing requirements. Review the packed dimensions, chargeable weight, address and total shipping charge in the official service. Keep unresolved items out of this request.
Complete the parcel checklist before submission.
Follow delivery and check the contents
Save the parcel number and tracking number. If a final-mile carrier number appears, keep that too. On arrival, inspect the packaging and check each item against your order. Photograph damage or missing contents while the packaging is available, then follow the service’s claim instructions.
